MELBOURNE - A New York college student has filed a lawsuit against the company of the dancer he hired during his Vegas vacation for committing an “illegal sexual act” on him.
According to the Las Vegas Sun, Hubert Blackman filed the suit in federal court in New York earlier this month against a Las Vegas company called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals.
He is asking for a 275-dollar refund for services and another 1.8 million dollars.
“An escort did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me. I almost had gotten arrested,” the Herald Sun quoted Blackman as allegedly saying in the suit.
Blackman said the woman danced for him for 155 dollars and then performed a sex act for another 120 dollars. He claimed the dancer solicited the sex act.
The next morning, Blackman called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals to demand his money back, saying he was unhappy because the dancer had promised to stay for one hour and left after a half hour.
Blackman added that, because he was drunk at the time, he was incapable of making an informed agreement, and when complaints to Las Vegas police failed, he returned home and got a lawyer.
Blackman said he now needs medical treatment for a mental condition related to the incident.
“I would like the court to close the business. I also would like to get my 275 dollars payment back and a 1.8 million dollar verdict for the tragic event that happened,” he stated in the file. (ANI)
