Actor Wesley Snipes Sentenced Three Years Imprisonment

WASHINGTON (GaeaTimes.com) — Actor Wesley Snipes has been asked to report to the Pennsylvania prison on December 9. According to the Justice department he will begin serving a three-year prison sentence December 9 for failing to file income tax returns.

For those of who don’t know the actor let me tell you he is best known for his roles in “Blade” action films, comedies including “White Men Can’t Jump” and the drama “Jungle Fever.”

Reportedly, the actor has been ordered by the U.S. Marshals Service in Orlando, Florida, to report to Federal Correctional Institution McKean at Lewis Run, Pennsylvania, by noon on that date or face additional charges.

He was convicted for failure in filing tax returns in 1999, 2000, and 2001. According to sources he has earned nearly $40 million since 1999, but has filed no tax returns instead.
