CHICAGO (GaeaTimes.com) — Jerry Hobbs, jailed for none less than five years for allegedly killing his daughter claimed that he will file a lawsuit against the Lake County for framing him guilty. He was released after DNA sample of another person was found in the crime scene. He wants ‘a lot of money’ compensation from the police for what he had to bear.

Reportedly, he was arrested soon after finding his 8-year-old daughter, Laura, and her 9-year-old friend Krystal Tobias, dead in a Zion’s Beulah Park.

Hobbs, flanked by two lawyers at Northwestern School of Law in Chicago, stated,

I had just found one of my children murdered, I wasn’t even myself, I was a broken man. A broken man. It’s hard when you just found one of your kids dead. To imagine what that feels like that kind of thing just doesn’t happen to anybody. They were wrong, They knew they were wrong and they just kept going forward with this case, It took a lot of work to get them to even run the DNA test through the national database, and even when they did…they still kept me in that jail two weeks.

The Lawsuit would be on the basis of delay in DNA test and mental harassment followed by physical torture.
