Pakistan to train Maldives Police

ISLAMABAD - Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Thursday that Pakistan will train Maldives Police.

Malik made the remarks after a meeting with his Maldives counterpart Muhammad Shoaib in Islamabad, the Online news agency reported.

Other bilateral issues were also discussed at the meeting.

The Pakistani leader said Maldives had requested Islamabad to train its police force.

Mallik said Pakistan wants to extend all cooperation to Maldives.
