MUMBAI - The Bombay High Court Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by suspended IPL chief Lalit Modi seeking reconstitution of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) disciplinary committee that is probing allegations of his financial misconduct in the Twenty20 League, a lawyer said.
