PETA condemns Kim Kardashian

LONDON - Fashion-conscious reality TV star Kim Kardashian allegedly wore two fur coats in one day — to leave animal rights activists PETA infuriated no end.
The executives at People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) have criticised Kardashian for wearing a knee-length brown jacket which appeared to be made of real animal pelts and later sporting a short black fur coat.
Contactmusic.com reports that PETA bosses are fuming at the star, especially as her sister Khloe stripped off to pose for the organisation’s anti-fur campaign in 2008.
A statement from PETA reads: “Kim Kardashian is a woman who has everything - except, it seems, an ounce of sympathy for the animals who have the fur ripped off their backs so that she can purchase yet another gaudy jacket. We wish she would take a cue from her fur-free sister, Khloe Kardashian - but evidently, kindness and generosity don’t run in the family.”
