LUCKNOW - In a surprise move, one of the three judges of the Allahabad High Court’s special bench here Monday issued a dissenting note to the order issued by his two co-judges, and allowed postponement of its verdict on the long-pending Ayodhya issue.

Justice D.V. Sharma, who had not signed the Sep 17 order, said the possibility for an out-of-court settlement should still be explored.

Th bench earlier last week dismissed the plea for deferment of the verdict, scheduled for Sep 24.
