LAHORE - Yet another case has been registered against former Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf.

The Dera Ghazi Khan police have registered a case against Musharraf for illegally detaining lawyers on November 3, 2007, soon after he declared an emergency in the country.

Former Punjab Home Secretary and a former district police officer have also been booked along with Musharraf, The Daily Times reports.

The First Information Report (FIR) was registered following the directives of Additional District and Sessions Judge Tanveer Sheikh, who while hearing a petition filed by an advocate, Aqil Ahmadani, had ordered the concerned authorities to book the former general along with his aides. (ANI)
