PATIALA - Punjab Assembly Speaker Nirmal Singh Kahlon was Tuesday granted interim bail by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court here in a corruption case against him and 14 others.

PATIALA - A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court here Saturday refused to grant anticipatory bail to Punjab Assembly Speaker Nirmal Singh Kahlon in a corruption case against him.

PATIALA - Former top cop and Ramon Magsaysay award winner Kiran Bedi, whose name has been proposed by civil society members for the job of Chief Information Commissioner (CIC), said she is ready to accept any position where she can work for upliftment of society.
