SYDNEY - Zhang Heci, an Australian citizen, complained Wednesday that Chinese authorities detained him at Shanghai airport while he was on his way to Oslo to attend the award ceremony of the Nobel Peace Prize to jailed Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo.
