Jurors see slides of Anna Nicole appearing healthy

LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles jury has seen a slide show of Anna Nicole Smith appearing healthy and involved with her baby during three months when a prosecution witness claimed she was drugged and barely able to function.

A defense attorney presented 90 pictures Tuesday including some taken days after Smith gave birth to her daughter Dannielynn in 2006.

The presentation came in the trial of the late model’s boyfriend Howard K. Stern and Drs. Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor, who have pleaded not guilty to providing excessive amounts of drugs to Smith.

Nanny Quethlie Alexie previously testified that Smith was in a semi-conscious state during the period when most of the photos were taken.
