Ohio man guilty of exposing self at lemonade stand
CINCINNATI — An Ohio man who police say exposed himself to children running a street-side lemonade stand to raise money for their church has pleaded guilty to public indecency.
Thirty-five-year-old Fayetteville resident Larry Cottrell pleaded guilty Monday in Hamilton County Municipal Court. Judge Fanon Rucker postponed sentencing to July 27 to hear from the five children who had set up the small business Saturday afternoon in Montgomery, just northeast of Cincinnati. The kids are ages 6 to 9.
Police say the children’s mother said Cottrell ordered two cups of lemonade and fondled himself. The mother says he was in his car and continued after she approached. He was tracked down by her description of his car and license plate number.
Police say the children were unharmed.
