Search warrant affidavits kept sealed in Yale case

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Search warrant affidavits in the case of a lab technician accused of killing Yale University graduate student Annie Le (LAY) will remain sealed for two more weeks.

New Haven Superior Court Judge Roland Fasano on Monday extended the sealing, which was requested by prosecutors, until Oct. 12.

Attorneys for accused killer Raymond Clark III have asked the court to keep his arrest warrant affidavit also sealed from public view. The affidavit was originally sealed for 14 days, until Oct. 1.

The 24-year-old Le vanished from a research building in Yale’s medical school complex on Sept. 8. Her body was found hidden in a wall recess five days later, on what was to be her wedding day.
