ALLAHABAD - The Allahabad High Court has fixed the next hearing of Aarushi- Hemraj murder case for Friday.

Nupur Talwar approached the Allahabad High Court on Monday to challenge the orders of designated Special Court of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Ghaziabad to summon the Talwars in the case.

The CBI has been arguing in court that it should be allowed to close its investigation into the Aarushi Talwar murder case because it has not found enough evidence to charge anyone with her murder.

However, the agency has listed Aarushi’s father Rajesh Talwar as its only suspect.

Advocate for the Central Bureau of Investigation, N. I. Jaffery said “We have told the court that we have all the documents. And the court has passed a well-reasoned order. There is no need to reply or file anything.” he added.

14-year-old Aarushi was found murdered under mysterious circumstances in her flat in Noida in New Delhi on May 16, 2008. The domestic help Hemraj’s body was found on the flat’s terrace a day later.(ANI)
