Orissa gets show cause notice from apex court

NEW DELHI - The Supreme Court Thursday asked Orissa why a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe should not be ordered into the alleged diversion of central funds.
The apex court bench headed by Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia issued show cause notice to the state over the issue related to the centrally-sponsored National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA).
