Goa court issues notice to governor’s aide

PANAJI - A local court Wednesday issued notice to Goa Governor S.S. Sidhu’s aide de camp (ADC), who is also a vigilance officer, to appear before it in connection with an alleged land scam.

Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panaji, issued notice to ADC Bosco George.

The notice was issued during the hearing of a petition filed by activist Kashinath Shetye, who alleged that George had not acted on a complaint filed by him in a land grab case in which a Goa minister was allegedly involved.
