BANGALORE - Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P.D. Dinakaran, facing land grab charges, has decided not to hold court sittings till he is cleared of the charges, a high court official said late Wednesday.

The court registrar general R.T. Budhihal issued a notification announcing the decision of Dinakaran, who has not been holding his court for the last 10 days.

Allegations of land grab in his home state of Tamil Nadu surfaced after the Supreme Court collegium decided to recommend Dinakaran for appointment as judge of the court.

Dinakaran has denied all the allegations.
